Patrick provides fast and honesty service . I came in for an unexpected accident , 2 days before I am to hit the road for a relocation to southern Cali . I wish to add to my previous comment that Kacie Rives did a good job. She was courteous and helpful and I know she’s a new employee who was trying hard. The situation was beyond her ability to solve, so she appropriately asked a more senior employee for help. It was the disingenuousness from the others, not Kacie, that I found disappointing.
