Didn't reset my tire pressure or oil sensors. They got down with the services quickly but failed to finish the whole job. Not happy, This is the second time now. I let the first time go. Strike two.

Patrick Wortham greeted me as I walked in to the service department. Patrick was very professional, escorted me to the lounge area, introduced me to the information lady and showed me the restrooms. The service was finished sooner than I expected. Patrick then explained what work my car needed when I visited again, had me sign the paperwork and then escorted me to where my car was parked. Great friendly dealership, fast service, I was very impressed.

Kacie was great. Very friendly and professional. Last time I had Brett and was told I needed a $400 tune up. He offered credit to pay for it, but I did not have the time. I called to schedule it for this visit but the person booking appointments said that I don't need that until 20,000 more miles or next year. So that's a bit frustrating. It really damages my trust that one person recommends a $400 service and to try and book it and be told its unnecessary.

Austin was fabulous! He was quick and polite. It was very busy. He serviced two people by time the one other guy did one person. The third guy made phone calls.
My appointment was at 10a, arrived at 9:55a but didn’t get in until 10:30am. Funny I received a call the day before asking I notify you if I’m going to be late. Why?
