We were not happy with the service. I sat and waited for over an hour for a shuttle and had to ask what the hold up was. She forgot to call for one. Then four hours later I had to call to see how much longer it would be for my ridge line. She said it would be ready at any time. I asked for return shuttle. Thirty minutes later he showed up.

First I was told my underguard would be there for my car on Saturday. I purposely kept my rental car an extra day to assure that my car was ready to this weekend. Next I was told my undercarriage would be there on Tuesday after standing at the dealership for an hour. Then on Monday I called repeatedly and could not reach anyone to reschedule my appointment. Tuesday came and I heard nothing but a confirmation I was coming. When I called to reschedule I asked to speak with someone and could not get in touch with anyone and then I called back to speak with management. The person who answered said they would have the manager call me. I heard from no one. But I did find out the part wasn’t there. I am very unhappy and frustrated with how this process has gone. I try to be pretty friendly and understanding but this is unacceptable.

I was satisfied with my service. But I was incredibly impressed watching Brett and a new servicewoman help a customer. She was wheel chair bound and had a number of issues with her car. The new service woman was incredibly kind and helpful and explained she was new and that she was going to go get some help because she couldn’t answer all the client’s questions. Brett came and reassured the woman, and prioritized what should be done with her car. His confidence was comforting to her and he even offferd her a rental car to help her out. I was very impressed with the professionalism. Great job team!

Cameron Alameda was outstanding in his customer service rapport. Went beyond the call of duty answering questions for me. Wish Hazelwood still did car washes after service. I know you give coupons but it just feels great when your car has just been serviced and the car is clean too. Just a suggestion.
