Patrick was great. I still don’t have my car back. Patrick called late Friday to say a piece of trim also needed replacing, but was left off the quote. He said we would only be charged $16 for the part. We agreed. The part wasn’t in, but expected Saturday and someone would call. Having not heard anything, Scott called around 3:00. Was put on hold twice, and gave our same information twice, was told that everyone was busy with customers, and that someone would get back to us. No one did. I understand that Saturday is busy, but even the email that we weren’t forgotten would have been nice. Also, getting surveys before I have my car? I hope you still have it! As I said, Patrick has been great, not complaining, just a little frustrated.

Please do not contact me. I had an oil change and spark plugs replaced today. Was told it would take about 1 to 1 1/ hours. I was there for 2 1/2 hours. Not acceptable. Everyone in the waiting area was irritated about the extreme wait. Please do better or we may go elsewhere for these services. Thanks...

Your maintenance office is to small for the volume of customers. If I am collecting a vehicle it Should be handled by a person who only does that job. Allowing others to take new customers.
