2 hours to replace a sound knob seems a bit long. The continuous upsale of services by your checkin / out staff has gotten annoying. If I want services I will ask for them. The scheduled routines online for Hondas doesnt correlate with what your staff tells that is needed for theses cars. Please see the Honda Car Company guidelines.

I do not appreciate being given inaccurate information about the time it takes to perform a particular service. On the phone, I was given an approximate time of 1.5 hours. At the service counter, I was told 2 hours. It took over 3 hours to perform the service. If I had an accurate estimate to begin with, I would not have chosen to wait at the dealership. I would have dropped the vehicle off or took advantage of the shuttle service.
