My wife bought our car in Wednesday night, 1/30 for a reoccurring problem. I called on Thursday afternoon 1/31, and left a message for someone to call me, for a status update. I received no call. I called Friday and talked to some lady who stated she would have someone call me from the service department. I received a call after that from a gentleman named James. He stated they could not fine anything wrong with my vehicle but they had not left the radio on. My wife and I left the car over the weekend. They still found no issues. I mentioned I had looked on You-Tube and found that the radio coming on with the car off and key out of the ignition is a standard problem on a 2003 Honda Accord. I can’t believe the mechanics wouldn’t zero in on that problem. I am definitely disappointed in your mechanics ability to find a problem. I don’t blame James your service person, he was polite to me after I think he understood I was just trying to get my Honda fixed. Can’t believe the mechanics didn’t realize or have knowledge of the problems. I left your Honda business once again without my car being fixed. I am going to have to take my Honda somewhere else.
