I suggest:
-Ask former buyers if they would like the same salesman or a new person.
-not let customers leave without the appraisal amount of their possible trade in
-or communicate that an amount will be sent via email or phone call the next day.
-be accurate with “pre-paid” oil changes and services. I was under the assumption that I would be paying for service (due to what was told to me over the phone that I didn’t have anymore oil changes included with my purchase) I was happy that I didn’t have to pay but not happy with the communication.
I left the dealership thinking my business wasn’t valued as a possible upgrade customer.

You guys are always very professional and treat your customers with respect and are always kind and pleasant. But I do wish that the drain cap on the differential would’ve been put on tight so that I didn’t have to come back in today with the big scare and spend a couple more hours. I know things just happen. And you guys took care of it today. Thank you. When I called the dealership the woman that answered was so helpful and quick to respond and get me to the right person and told me that they would take care of it today.
