I was originally told that it would take about an hour to get my interior illumination installed when I made the appointment. When I got there I was told about two to four hours and then finally told half a day. They did supply me with a rental for the discrepancy and I really appreciated that and was able to get the install done that day. patrick wortham did a great job, thank you!

I had asked for synthetic oil which I have asked for on all my oil changes, the service advisor said that all oil was synthetic. I took her word but once I got my paper work I noticed it was the wrong oil. So now my new car has regular oil instead of synthetic. My car was not ready for me when I got there because I had recommended service for my car because of mileage. I dropped my car off at 1135 and picked it up at 500pm. I questioned this as the service that was recommended was for 15000 miles not the 12000 that my car was at. The advisor had to look up and see what I was talking about. Then I didn't get a service sticker letting me know when my next oil change was due. I usually have good service but after this appt I feel like I knew more than the service "advisor" about what was needed for my car.
