I arrived at 9:50 am and checked in for a 10:00 am appointment. I was told on the phone it would take 1 hour and your recall card said 45 minutes. The service rep said it would be longer as they were busy and I said that it was unacceptable as I had a 10:00 am appointment at which time she said she would have it done at 11:30. My vehicle did not go back for the service until 10:48. I had a conversation with your service rep after it went in as she came to find me because another employee told her of my frustration. All she cared about was. That she told me it would be done by 11:30 and she has no control over what the scheduler tells people, but she told me my car would be done at 11:30. I watched multiple vehicles go in before mine, and just imagine if my car would have went in on time I would have been on my way in 43 minutes instead of an hour and 31 minutes as my car was not done until 11:31. Not the way to get satisfied customers especially ones who have bought multiple cars from your establishment. R/ Al Millermon
