James Cannon was excellent. The other associates in the service office ignored customers as they completed paperwork. There seems to be a contempt for customers. When I voiced my frustration one associate said she was busy helping her customers. She helped but had a negative attitude. The lack of respect for the customer is concerning and will certainly impact our decision to do business with Honda in the future.
James kept us informed and was very helpful.

I waited in the waiting room for almost 4 hours for a problem created by Honda from my last visit. Then Honda wants to charge me 1100 to fix the same problem that you did not resolve at my last visit. I was also told i was driving on unsafe tires which is not true.
