What a positive change since I was there last in December. This time I was greeted by a customer service rep as I got out of my car,was ushered into the service room and everything was done in just a few minutes. Into the lobby I went and in a couple of minutes was taken to work by the shuttle. This is a vast improvement!! Received a phone call and email from Jarret about other items and was quoted a price. Couldn't do it now because of money but will return shortly.
