The car horn stopped working since my last service and I forgot to bring it up to the rep when I checked the vehicle in. When I was reviewing the inspection checklist when I got home, I noticed that “horn operation” was a part of the inspection and that it was check off as checked satisfactory. I would like to understand how they checked the horn satisfactory if it did not work and what other portions of the inspection did they not complete and marked off as complete??
