Jason was great. Friendly, polite and explains stuff really well. I just don’t appreciate that West Hills tries so hard to upsell services that aren’t necessary. Not Jason’s fault. That’s just the culture at West Hills and I wish I had another local option.

Nancy was very professional. She knowledgeable about my car and could answer any questions I had. My time spent at the dealership was pleasant and I appreciated the free coffee. I was told that it would be about an hour wait due to the amount of customers there however 20 minutes later my car was ready. Thanks for everything. I love my HRV.

It took 2.5 HOURS for a scheduled oil change! Also, I requested when I made the appointment that the seats be cleaned (I purchased the extra fabric protection), but I was told that you guys didn’t have time for that, and that I needed to have a detail shop do it. I don’t think the fabric protectant was ever applied to the seats, as I’m constantly cleaning water marks from the seats. I asked her to look at my records to see if it was indeed applied, and she just blew it off. I’ve been so disappointed with the service department at West Hills.

Cameron was very professional and I found that Sundays seem more pleasant than regular weekdays. Had I known there was service on Sundays I would have made an appointment a long time ago since my work hours are not convenient with business hours.

oil change was not perform, the meter still indicate 50% and the sticker still the same. also, it looks like l still feel the vibration when descending at least 40 % vibration impact. my appointment actually is for oil change and tires replacement was just a quote that ends to purchasing newt tire’s. Pls. Advise. I paid $1013.00 that includes tires, alignment and prepaid oil changes.
