I brought the Pilot in for an oil change and then was told that the timing belt needed to be changed because it was seven years old yet it Wasn’t close to the hundred thousand miles by far. Making me feel that I had to change the timing belt. It was an expense that we had not planned for so the $1200 charge was not a budgeted item in our retirement; but the dealership made me feel we had to do this right away.
