It was disappointing to be told the services should be completed in 2-3 hours since there had been some cancellations, but the first call arrived to my phone when 4 hours had elapsed. By the time the shuttle had me back to the dealership, it had been 5 hours after I dropped off the car. This was not an efficient day at the dealership.

Completely satisfied with this day ONLY. We had prior issues with servicing and this was to take care of that. Was polite and understanding of our frustrations. Hoping the actual completion of our issue goes well. This is the deciding appointments on if we will ever be back. We had excellent service this time. I appreciate Jim Cannon and his efforts but disappointed in the time it took. I spent a total of 14 HOURS, waiting for the car. Everything was under warranty, but yet I could get a free rental. Yes there was a shuttle service but again transferring and finding someone to pick me up was not worth the hassle.
