My car was in the shop for an interior and exterior detailing. My biggest concern, as I expressed to my service advisor, was to get the seating upholstery cleaned. While that was cleaner than when I brought it in, it still shows numerous marks and stains. After picking up the car, I made this known to the advisors in the service dept, and I was told they would refer the matter to the primary advisor for the job. (Wortham)

The fact I had to come in to get new tires is another disappointing factor as to why I will not buy another car from West Hills Honda (perdente). I will purchase my next car from a Tacoma dealer. You have lost my confidence that you can do anything right. You couldn’t order the right car the first time and you couldn’t have the right tires on it. Non potes vincere semper nemo enim vult Victus/perdente. Also the vinyl protection on the bumper is peeling. Another terrible job.
