We feel like West Hills tries to “up sell” services that aren’t necessary. Our last two visits for service has the service rep trying to add additional services. We also feel like the quotes we are given for service are not what the costs end up being. A 59.95 oil change came out to be almost $100 for no additional reason. Nancy changed the charge but only after I questioned the bill I was being charged. We have been to West Hills Honda for over 9 years and lately we have lost trust in the honesty of service quotes/charges.
