I am always impressed with the service I receive from Brett Buckingham at Honda. Today was no different. Even with my aged vehicle, he respects that I want to keep it running. My van has over 300K miles on it and it is running like a champ. That is purely related to the fact that I do routine maintenance and the service provided by Honda and Mr. Buckingham. The service shop may be slammed with cars lined up and people waiting, and Brett gives you his full attention. He’s respectful and patient and hears all of your concerns, like you are the only person there. I know that in business it’s a numbers game, lots of cars in and out makes for profit. However, the customer should never feel that and I haven’t in any of my interactions with Brett Buckingham. He is so good at his job; a real asset to the company AND the customer. Thank you!
