Even though the appointment I thought I had made online did not show up on the appointment list Patrick was very accommodating and got my car in anyway. He also found a way to apply the Chrystal product to my windshield and graciously changed the battery in my remote when I told him I kept getting messages that the battery was low. I had already changed the battery twice myself. Thanks!

I was satisfied with the repair but feel that communication was not what it should have been. I was very unhappy that despite being the first appointment of the day on Wednesday I was not able to be informed to the specific problems with my car until Friday. Thursday was a holiday. I don’t feel that being slammed on Wednesday was a sufficient excuse since I was the 7:30 am appointment. I should have known what the problems were before the end of business with my early appointment. Had this been done I could have started my insurance claim earlier and my car would not have been in your service area for SIXTEEN days.
