Patrick was excellent. However, I was extremely disappointed to find that my tires at only 26000 miles are at The minimum tread for driving in rain or snow. We are not heavy duty drivers and do not drive on poorroads. I have never had tires that performed this poorly.

Austin greeted me outside even though I pulled in behind three other customers. My appointment was at 10:00 and I did not have to wait at all. He was friendly, personable, yet very professional. He explained, in detail what services were suggested for my 2007 Honda Civic even though I had made the appointment for a simple oil change. I’m happy to say that I agreed to my 30,0000 mile checkup.
Austin explained how long it would take and offered me a rental car. When I declined, he gave me TWO coffee cards! I’m impressed, Thank you!!
