I was a little annoyed that I when I got to my appt time, I was told it would take 2 hrs or more! I wasn’t told there would be a wait, the reason I was there was to put my car on the diagnostic machine and check my charging system! I didn’t expect it to get fixed as I would have my mechanic fix it! But it wouldn’t start so I had to get a new started Installed! Which the price actually made me cry that night! A senior who has to work part time to meet normal bills! Such is life! Jarred was very patient with me and my frustration, very helpful during the whole process! I would and will recommend my friend who have Honda’s to seek him out!

I usually brag about your dealership but today and another time no one came to get me when the work was finished and I ended up waiting much longer than was needed. I only found out the work was finished when I became concerned about the time so looked out and saw my car sitting in the parking lot. Also, another light was discovered out but because no one informed me until I paid, there wasn't time to have it fixed. Otherwise, good work and customer service. Much appreciate that.
