I have had an ongoing issue with vibrating that has never been acknowledged. Was told they got in the trunk to find it and my trunk is full so it was a lie. My wife tried to call because she could not reach me and called multiple times over an hour span and no one would tell her I had picked the car up no one would even answer. The car was not vacuumed out service has really gone down

Everything went smoothly and was well organized. My appointment was I. Time and my loaner car was ready for me. I was kept updated on the progress and picked my car up at the time they said it would be ready. All together a great experience.????

Here's the issue: I bought my car on 6.17th and paid for the 'Protection Package'. But the Service Dept never scheduled it, even though the parts were in. I went through my Sales rep to get it scheduled a number of times, to no avail. Finally, once my license plate arrived, I had to escalate to management to insist that I be scheduled to have it installed. Here's my opinion: you try to give good service and each individual department tries to do their job, but no one understands what pressures the other departments are under and no one communicates across departments to ensure that your 'front end' promises can be kept. You need to look into that.
