We are VERY unhappy with this service along with how we’ve been treated at this dealership. We had an appointment and told it was 1-1/2 hour max for a basic oil change so we brought our son with disabilities to the dealership as it wouldn’t take that long. 3 hours later our car was just being put on the lift. End result, we missed an important appointment for our son who ended up melting down sensory overload. Our oil was changed and that’s it. Nothing else in the basic oil change PREPAID package. No apology....no understanding...poor POOR customer service. But it should of been expected from our past experience dealing with this location. We have 5 more prepaid oil changes and we can’t wait to be done so we can go somewhere else. All major services will definitely be done at another location. We’ve given this location SEVERAL chances....
