Austin was excellent. Powerful sales techniques without leaving the customer feeling pressured. Faith was equally committed to serving the client relationship needs. I was very impressed. Wish this level of service was available at the Bellevue dealership which is closer to where I reside. I may need to book services when visiting Bremerton in the future. Amazing waiting room facilities as well. Five stars for sure.
