When I was half-way home, my "low tire pressure" light came on. Now I have to go to Les Schwab and have them check it. You rotated the tires so I don't understand why this happened. That is my only negative comment. Otherwise, good job.

It was suggested that I replace a couple of filters however; I never received a call on the subject and now have to make another appointment to do so. I’m old and time is precious these days. Lol. Other than that the service was great.

As usual, our service at West Hills Honda was excellent. James Cannon was the person.who helped me today. I was in for an oil change, but James noticed that my tires have low tread. I told him that we were aware of it and we're working it into the budget. He asked if I would like a quote on the cost of tires, which I much appreciated. He gave me a quote for four different brands and how much they would be. Instead of trying to give me a Hard Sell, he suggested that when we were ready we should get quotes from other places and West Hills Honda would meet them. I have always appreciated the way West Hills Honda recommends service instead of trying to have you get the service done immediately that day. Before bringing my car to West Hills Honda, I had my oil changed in other places and always felt like they wanted to sell me more than just the oil change. I don't feel that way here. Which is why you have our business.
