Have always brought my pilot in to your shop. This time the lcommunication as to when the vehicle would be/was done sucked. I received a text thanking me for letting you take care of my car and that if I had any questions to text back. Well I texted back later asking when the car would be done and got zero response. Kind of frustrating. In the meantime my daughter called and they couldn’t give her an answer. Finally we just headed there because we had a schedule to abide by. Guess what? The car was done and probably had been for some time. Yet no call or return text.
