I was co.pletely satisfied with the service of my vehicle. I had the work done at the end of the day. I felt bad that only one service check in agent was left to process customers during the check out process after 5pm. It delayed the check out process for many customers. The poor guy was trying his best but it was too much for one person. My car was parked and ready to go for 20+ minutes before he was able close out my transactions. From check in to check out it took 2 hrs because of lack of staff to close out transactions.

After the oil change, the following day the cover underneath the engine fell down and hit the road and bent up underneath the car. Thank for sending the tow truck right away and bring the car in for repair. Hopefully all the broken parts will be identified and replaced to restore the car, it only a few months off the show room floor.
