My understanding is the technician checked my fluids and recommended changing some fluids. They did not comment on the oil condition so when I left the dealership I went to Costco and got gas and checked the oil, my oil was fine, but I found the brake master cylinder cap had been left off, I took a picture of it and then called the dealership to relay the information to the technician to help him be more careful in the future. My service writer did an exceptional job of handling the clients that were in the office that day however he was very understaffed. In addition we had The misfortune of meeting the barista at the Toyota store named Christina, which was one of the most rudest experience I've ever encountered in my lifetime, 64 years. I relayed that experience to the service writer. Thank you for the follow-up I'm still a loyal West hills Honda customer. Pat W
