My experience with the service advisor was excellent, however I was not happy when I read over my inspection form and found that my tires were marked as having more tread depth than the last time my vehicle was serviced, the cabin air filter that I changed less than 5 minutes before arriving at the dealership was marked yellow as needing service soon and the tire rotation was not done despite the technician noting it was done on the RO.
