Thank you for always taking such good care of my Honda pilot. I am so happy with it. Today was a real hard day for me. My 13-year-old dog died today and I was going to reschedule my appointment. But I was so upset I didn’t want to be home so I decided to go ahead and come in. I shared this with the guy that helped me. He was very sympathetic and he made sure my vehicle was done quickly and I really appreciated it. It’s nice that you guys are more than just a service department and dealership but actually care about your customers.

I asked about my rewards balance when I checked in and when I was called when the service was done had to ask again and only then was it looked up and determined that I had a $50 reward that I was able to apply to my balance owed. I would just ask that this be a courtesy that all service techs look up when the customer is checking in and a note made that there are rewards available. Otherwise I was happy with my service.

Patrick ensured that it was completed in the time frame I needed it to be, including finding parts that were not in stock. Without prompting, he also reviewed and verified the accuracy of my bill, correcting it thus saving me $28.

Darrell was awesome! When my car was in for a timing belt change at the end of July, it had a squeaking issue within a couple of days. We brought the car back and an adjustment was made. Just a couple of days ago, the car started and when it was put into reverse it stopped. When we contacted Darrell he said he would take care of us. He was extremely gracious about it and was very very empathetic toward our situation. I’m so glad that the problem was found and that it was fixed in a timely manner. I’m also glad that the opportunity was given for some of the other technicians to learn a few things about this type of repair; I think that will be helpful to them in the future. Darrell is clearly a mentor and a leader within the service department. His experience expertise and demeanor exude nothing but true professionalism! I absolutely loved working with Darrell and I’m happy to be working with him again in the future. Thank you Honda for Taking care of me very well once again. It has been a pleasure working with all of you since 1995.
