I find it difficult to describe how frustrated and dissatisfied I am with the "service" I have received. After having to make two round trips to Bremerton from Bainbridge and leaving my car with the "service" department for two days, the pain continues. After paying my bill of nearly $800 yesterday, I didn't make it all the way home before the same problem began happening all over again.
