Overall, I was VERY happy with the service. Cameron did a great job addressing my concerns and communicating with me. I was thankful to have a loaner car for a few days as well. Drop off and pick up were easy. I’m still not sure how to address the issue with the upholstery in the vehicle. My extended warranty included a fabric protectant, and I was told that I could have the seats cleaned if there are stains. The upholstery stains SO easily, and I’m not convinced that the protectant was applied in the first place. It been difficult to have this addressed, so hoping that someone can point me in the right direction to look into this.

Does WH Honda have a spiff program that pushes sales of unnecessary parts and service? The inspection report & Mr. Anthony both said that my windshield wipers were worn and should be replaced - in fact they are a week-old brand new pair of $50 silicon wipers that I just installed and have never made a single swipe across a windshield. Oh, and your battery health test is a crock also. It leaves one to wonder how many other recommended services are premature or unnecessary. I understand the service dept is a major revenue component of a dealership but you folks are really pushing the envelope. It may be time for an independent.

The wait time there is ridiculous. I waited for 3 hours then went back to Jerrot and asked what was going on only to be told I would need a rental car because they did not have the part for my car . If I had not went and found him I would have sat there longer . This isn’t the first time this has happened either. I did have an appointment. I know that you guys are busy but so am I .
