Our key was mistagged. I showed up 3 hours after dropping it off when I was told it would be done and no one had touched it as they didn’t know where the key was. No one notified me. Jarrett said he was not notified he had mistagged the key. Frustrating day.

All I scheduled was air bag recall, then I get a phone call stating I need this, that. I had a financial set back I knew I needed a tune-up or similar. I paid 171.00 so what the hell gave the technician the right to inspect the engine, tires, etc. You as rep's need to ensure that you follow customers needs, not add extra requirements, all I wanted was the recall. This is the 3rd time.
