I was treated extremely well. Your customer service training must be working. All the service manager are polite and accommodating. They were direct and honest about the 30 point chk list. Not too pushy like some places. I think you have good team in place. I was happy to let you service my car. Gerald was top notch. You should put him in charge.

Your associates are pretty fantastic. My frustration is with the waiting for a system update on a known problem. There is no ETA for this update so I have to wait and see if my van has more hiccups while I possibly have my children with me or while traveling.
Your associates are rad though. My issue is with HONDA.
