I so appreciate Cameron's great customer service attitude. I "constructively" complained that 2 "walk in" customers were helped before I (with an appointment) was even acknowledged. I waited 15 minutes, which really defeats the purpose of having an appointment. Cameron graciously acknowledged my comments and was great at making sure I was respectfully processed quickly through. Do you really want to hear it or do you want the truth?
Brought my car in to get a slow leak fixed last week. Was told to just bring it in, but was then asked if I had an appointment. Well since I was told to bring it in, I didn't think i needed an appointment. Sure wish the person I talked to set me up for an appointment. When I asked if the tires that I bought there has road hazard warranty, I was told that they couldn't advise me about that. I asked to speak to service and was put on hold. Was then told that if I had my original paperwork that it would be covered. So when I was told "can't", what they meant was not going to find out. Should have been told "let me see if I can find out". An hour and a half later I was finally on my way for a simple flat fix. Except it wasn't fixed. When I got in my van 3 days later, the TPSS light was on again. I checked pressure and sure enough it was going flat again. So this time I made an appointment, unfortunately for the next day. So I bring it in again and am then behind several people in line, and out the door. All of the service representative are either staring at their computers or making phone calls. So all the people who are there in person have to wait 15 minutes before someone even speaks to them. So now I wait again to get my tire fixed. This time, even though I had an appointment, it took two hours to get my tire fixed. So I have wasted 3 1/2 hours just to get a simple tire repair accomplished. Not to mention travel time back and forth.

Tires were not available at your site and I had to either wait two or three days or go somewhere else. I chose to go to Les Schwab since I was from out of town and needed to get back on Saturday morning.Nancy however was very understanding, very polite, and very friendly. Great customer service! It was because of her customer service I gave $10 to the cause.
