You are overbooked. Your service staff don’t look up and acknowledge people waiting for them. The message is “You are not valued.” There was no notification when my service was completed. I got to guess, then wait in another line to get checked out. My lasting impression? “Make an appointment with us and plan to be invisible and wait in line as long as it takes. Customers don’t count.” That being said, the representative who helped me (service writer H437?) could not have been any nicer and seemed to be multitasking between phone and in person customers at maximum efficiency.
Have you considered hiring more people or spacing out your appointments?

Between this service today and the last service with my parents over the last month, both times we had appointments scheduled and then after we were then were pushed off to later in the day/next day. Don’t overbook your schedules, at a minimum offer a discount for the inconvenience of the reschedule. I was in essence push out to Sunday when I had a Sat appointment. Once my car was looked at I didn’t have any issues. I do take issue also with the text message sent to me that expresses you can pay and skip the the long backed counters when you come to get your car when that isn’t he truth. I mentioned this to both Cameron and the other service rep when I came to pick my car up. One of them had to physically go get my car from he back because no one picked up the phones in the shop and the batteries where out in the radios. Things like this just add up to the overall time it takes to get your car. Indicated you can bypass the counter would be great, but I have been coming there long enough to know there was t another place to go get your key and you would still have to wait in like to get your car anyway so that amounts to a joke when paying is the quickest part of the whole process.
As a note, I have had Cameron several times and did his best with the circumstances. I don’t think it was him to moved my service appt out. They were going to try and get me a ride home, but in the end I found other arrangements rather than depend on the timing of the dealership.
