Brett was awesome. I needed a new tire and he recommended 2 for the same axel.. which made sense. I found a little bit better price and he matched it so I could be safe and replace my tires. Thanks Brett YOU were amazing. I was a tad disappointed by the guy that Brett had to hand me off to (if I’m being completely honest) only because he wasn’t all with ME.. I don’t know if he really wanted to help me and he took a phone call. At that point Brett was available again and took me right back. Thank you Brett for your attention. ?????????

Honda issued this safety recall on my vehicle indicating that the problem could cause the transmission to fail during driving, but the dealership told me that wasn't considered enough of a safety issue to not charge me for a rental while they fixed the issue that Honda identified. This was not voluntary service and I feel that an issue which might interrupt or damage the vehicle during operation, particularly at freeway speeds, is something that should be handled with a maximum of courtesy, rather than a maximum of profit.
