Not satisfied with the service being provided at heartland. Service advisor was not at all knowledgeable with the work that was being done. Out of 10 stars, it would be one and half. Probably would not be coming back after 5 years of being a Heartland customer.

Thanks for efficient service today. There was a customer in the service waiting area not wearing a mask, it made me feel uncomfortable. He was the only person at the facility not wearing a mask. Given the current state mandate I question why he wasn’t asked to put on a mask or wait outside. Trying times indeed.

Donnie Buster gave us the best customer service we’ve had since Ricky Saley worked at Heartland. Donnie made our day, helped us schedule, found discounts that helped us afford our repair, and was very speedy with everything. Give that man a raise!

Michael was professional, helpful and courteous. I encourage management to work out a better system for customers waiting to check in. It is confusing who is next in line and where to wait, and customers were not taken in order of arrival. I would rather there was one line for all arriving service customers outside.

I spent over 7 hours for 3 small scratches to be buffed out. My appointment was for 9am, and I finally got to leave after 3pm. Not one person came to talk to me while I waited to give me an update to why it's taking so long. Finally I asked some other worker if he could help me, and he said I'll make a call. He never came back either. Finally I had to track down the guy who checked me in he said he tried to call them but no answer. About 30 minutes later he came to me to tell it will be another 20 minutes or so. Well I've already waited 7 hrs what's 20 minutes more. Never have I had such poor service from Toyota.

1) It appears no one reads the service requests when appointments are made online. I specifically requested shuttle service, only to be told after I drove myself to the dealership that the service was not available. 2) My vehicle was promised by 4pm. I left the dealership at 4:45. 3) As I pulled out to leave, one of your employee (likely driving a customer’s car) pulled out of the opposite service lane. I was forced to brake hard and sound my horn to avoid a collision and cause him to look where he was driving. He did not bother to stop or even acknowledge that he almost caused an accident.
