I presented my holiday coupon that I had purchased previously. I told him that I wanted my tires rotated. He was clearly looking to ensure it was included. I told him that I purchased my tires there and it was expected. He complied and got it figured out. After my service I noticed there wasn’t a coupon for my car wash and brought it up to him. He said due to dissatisfaction with the company Thad did the wash they no longer offered them. Ok, but on the coupon that he was looking at for the tire rotation it clearly stated a car wash was included. This comment isn’t really directed towards him. It was clear that he is new and he was learning. A few weeks after I took my vehicle in the last time, 3 lug nuts were missing. The only conclusion that really makes sense is that they weren’t tightened correctly. The car wash probably wouldn’t be a big deal if it weren’t for the lug but issue. In my opinion your service has declined and not because of covid. Feel free to call me to clarify. ****-****-xxxx I really don’t want to be mis understood. It really has little to with the person who I worked with today.

Was never called up was standing there waiting to talk to someone to get the status on my car which I could see had been sitting out in the parking lot for at least 20 minutes and then got a tax right when I was talking to the person and I was told that the service would take anywhere from 45 minutes to an hour and I was there for just about two hours
