When I was quoted 295 for each front and back breaks I was disappointed to see an additional 30 charge for supplies when paying. That should have been included in the original quote.

He made sure that he knew what work I expected to be done, and after an inspection, made some recommendations that were in my best interest. He made sure a rental car was available for me, and when work was done, he called AND texted me. When I failed to respond (I didn’t realize I wss away from my phone) he sent a text that gave me a way to pay. The Sales Staff helped me get the rental turned in, got my keys, and gave me my paperwork. I was contacted by Chet on his day off to see if all was well. I'll call him Tuesday to see if he had comments, concerns, or other recommendations. Another great team effort by the folks at Heartland. Thanks!

Donnie did great. But your parts chain sucked. No 2008 Tundra shocks in store or at Oregon warehouse? Dropped Tundra Thurs, and they weren’t going to have it done until Monday. THANKFULLY Donnie got parts Manager to air freight shocks up from L.A. Really, shocks? Still wasn’t ready until Saturday afternoon. I’m totally happy with Donnie. As a loyal & long-time patron of Heartland service, I’m disappointed. Your supply chain can do better. I’m literally dependent on my Tundra as our moving day approaches and we haul household goods to storage. With Donnie’s help, we only had minor delay. Thanks Donnie.
