Had concerns because of COVID challenges, but Heartland was "on it", and I felt safe in the waiting area and didn't need all my alcohol wipes as the inside of the car was wiped down as well.

All the people I dealt with were great, nice and efficient. The only issue was waiting 30 minutes on hold to make the appointment, but to be clear, this is no reflection on the employees in any way. This is a reflection on management who needs to hire more people to man the phones, not the employees answering the phone or the service staff.

Not a big deal, but when I came to check in, i talked to the lady at the standing desks in the entrance. Didnt catch her name but she was thin with her hair tied back. She said she was gonna find me an advisor to check me in, but she never moved or talked to anyone. I sat for 15 minutes before somebody even noticed me. I'm not mad or anything, but I've come to find out that people like this usually have a lot of repeat issues in customer service. Just want to let you know.
