I was unable to clearly hear your agent (Breanna Stevens) because of the plexiglass barrier and because the agent in the next desk talk so loudly. I kept telling Breanna that I could not hear her - her response "it's not my problem". I understand the COVID precautions, etc, - but I was not accommodated and not satisfied that I heard all I needed to know regarding my vehicle. Sorry to be a negative response. - Leonard A
