I feel like there was a serious lack of communication about what was going on with my car. When the work was completed, I only received a text, and the price included the warranty work. I called and left a message with my advisor, inquiring as to why the price was so high, and got no answer back, had to call again twice before finally getting a call back to clarify. The assistant service manager finally talked with me and explained what happened, warranty code wasn’t entered, but I felt like he was passing the buck....I realize things happen, and my particular advisor was out with family issues, but someone should have called.

The gentleman that assisted us was very helpful and pleasant. However, as we waited to get the service started we noticed 5 employees hanging around two different desks while one other employee was helping a customer. There were 3 others waiting for assistance along with us. Just seems that the employees hanging out would snap to and get to helping out instead of making the customers wait. Didn’t seem like anyone was in a big hurry to help the waiting customers and trim down the line of people waiting. Oh well. Thankfully we were just there for an oil change and I can take the vehicle anywhere for that.
