Mike is a terrific person who has great people skills, and effortlessly manages service orders. I appreciate his attention to the details, and understanding. He is very knowledgeable and seeks the particular departments for accurate information, resulting in less time spent drinking those amazing coffees prepared by the barista “ great coffee”!

My wife was told a scratch removal on her new 4Runner was scheduled to be done at same time as new floor mats and badges. Upon arrival,the people of Toyota new nothing about the scratch but to their credit they did make time for it. What's worse, they installed her new floor mats without even vacuuming the floor, even after telling her they would vacuum. Couple that with the fact that they didn't wash her car after fixing the scratch (which seems like a given) and you have some pretty unhappy customers.

Two hours for oil change with an appointment. You cannot do a car wash because you have not yet found a third party. See excuse I was told last time. I don't know that I will continue business once our service agreement is over. And that two year service agreement is very confusing. Sorry but these are things that may impact your business.
