It took and hour and a half to put on a new tire. With an appointment. And of course my car was done when I checked after an hour and a half. But I STILL had to wait because even though there were several assistants not busy at their desks, according to Mke Smitley only HE could check me out. As I wrote earlier, he was very nice and very efficient in checking me in, but overall your customers service needs to be worked on!

This was an unplanned expense and because you didn't have the part in stock Aaron was able to get me a loaner (rental) car at no cost to me, which allowed me to not worry about being able to get to my twice daily report times for work.

Retrain all your mechanics. 3 trips to hopfully get my truck fixed. Then I'm told to let my personal mechanic looks at the work done by you and let you know what was done wrong. How would you feel?

Unfortunately I made my appointment over the internet so was't prepared for having anything done more than an oil and filter change. Had I called in person they would have informed me as to what need to be done at this appointment. Due to the virus cases rising, I hadn't planned for the 3 hour service.
