I was very disappointed to see that the tech had marked off that he had reset the vehicle's maintenance notification when, in fact, he hadn't. Sounds like a small detail but it makes me wonder how many other things he had marked off as complete but he didn't do it at all! This red flag was raised when the associate told me I'd need my filters replaced next year. I asked him if these same filters only last 2 years as they were ALL replaced just last year! He said "probably not."
