I was overcharged $180 +tax for a caliper core charge. I brought this to Danny’s attention at the time of checkout on 6/5, and he said he would handle it. As of this morning, despite phone calls and emails requesting a refund of the overcharge, my account has still not been credited and I have received no callbacks or email replies. I am respectfully asking again for a refund of the overcharge today.
