I am happy for the service Chet provided. However, I was standing in front of other two service advisors for 15 minutes and not a greeting or acknowledgement. A quick "somebody will be with you" would have made a difference especially when they walk by me couple times. I know they were with other customers but it only take a second to acknowledge my presence.

I brought my 2019 Tacoma in with a defective battery and a 15,000 mi check. I was told you found rodent drippings on the cab air filter. You (I Don’t know who) recommend a new filter, disinfectant, and a small screen to block the rodents path. NO QUOTE WAS GIVEN!
I was appalled at the subsequent $500 bill. I really should have been given estimate before performing that service. Where do you draw the line on that? Would it be outrageous if the bill came back $5000?

I know it is hard right now with covid but when I work on the front lines day in and out many hours and ask to have a no contact experience our as little as possible. I don't expect to wait 5 minutes inside a building waiting for someone to find my paperwork. I know they weren't able to do a car wash but no cleaning of the car that I could see is unacceptable when servicing a vehicle.
