Aaron Rocksmith was great. He kept me informed of new services needed during the day. Your service department was able to get everything done; even the additional work that was added. I would suggest that you do something to answer simple questions. I had to call 3 times and I just wanted to know if the car was going to be done today or tomorrow. Nobody I talked to was able to answer that and I was put on indefinite hold. It seemed like a simple question that anyone with a computer screen could have answered. Aaron had to call me back. I was on the road and would have been traveling by the dealership on my way home. I had planned that I was going to stop in if I didn’t get a phone call. I know everyone is busy first thing in the morning and last thing in the afternoon, so a triage system for answering simple questions could be very beneficial for your customers.

They found a dead mouse in the car and mouse droppings and nest materials were left on the passenger side floor. Surely that should have been disposed of before we got the car back. I assume they were carefully disinfected along with rest of the car interior. Otherwise, everything was fine.

Based on observing some of your staff not wearing their masks properly, we question your staff’s commitment to the safety of your customers and their colleagues. If we can’t trust the staff that we see, we’re uncertain that we trust that the service staff are wearing their masks properly while servicing vehicles.

I appreciate that the recall repair service was expedited so I didn’t have to spend extra hours waiting around. I also appreciate that he noticed I was close to my 3 year warranty expiration and recommended the 3 yr / 30k mileage tuneup even though I had low miles.

I was told mice got into cabin air filter. When i checked it, there was no sign of mice or their activity. I was quoted $450 to remedy the alleged problem. I cleaned the filter for $16. The report of mice was untrue and that is disturbing. Thank you.
