The wait at the Toyota Service center is usually very long. Today it took 1/2hr to speak to a service rep to process my car for the appt. Very frustrating. My cars have always received excellent service, the waiting lobby is luxurious, everyone is very nice. I will always bring my car to them. Just not happy with the long wait.

I expressed 3 concerns about my car:
Nothing showed up on the diagnostic, but the problems still exist. I was charged $163.66 for the diagnostic and left very disappointed that the problems were not resolved. That was a lot of money to pay without positive results.
